The Annual Parish Assembly is a meeting for members of the community to learn what the Parish Council and other community organisations have been doing over the past year and what plans they have for the coming year. It is also the forum for members of the community to have their say on anything which they consider is important to the people of the parish.
The meeting is convened by the Parish Council, the chairman of the Parish Council presides, and it is usual for parish councillors to speak as well as listening, but this is a community meeting, not a Parish Council meeting.
